Anonymous said...: Thanks so much for posting this lovely image! But it's not Main St. Actually, this looks like Beach Street facing north, which was the town's main street. Main Street was/is a east-west street that does not parallel the river.; 9:15 AM

I went by what was written on the photo. I suspect he was thinking the generic "main street" as opposed to literal. Thanks so much for the correction, I will make a note on the file.
