It's interesting how the Tudor house in Trilby uses so many odds and ends from various places in Florida -- it's sort of a living museum of the state. <BR/><BR/>It reminded me of another, though perhaps less historical, self-built house in the Tampa Bay area. Two artists have spent years decorating <A HREF="http://loycehoodphoto.blogspot.com/2008/07/bowling-ball-house.html" REL="nofollow">the Bowling Ball House</A> with bottles, tiles and other trash items from Clearwater.<BR/><BR/>It's a lot flashier, but you have to respect anybody who spends so much time making their home uniquely theirs in a place where identical McMansions are so common.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
