    The Flagler Memorial is a joke in the sense that nobody cares about its purpose. It's a tiny island where people go to drink and be unruly. I agree with the idea behind it, but the City doesn't give a hoot about keeping it clean.

    By the way, My Florida History is a great source of information. Keep it up!
